Kabinet Back Office is an application used by companies which carry out operations with securities. The application allows clients, agents, market, customer orders and transactions management. Also, various reports are produced automatically linked to past or current activities of the company.
To view data or to make changes (add, edit, delete), setup menu will be used. A green registration shows that you just added or changed but not saved, and a marked in red shows that is ready for removal.
Management menu includes 5 submenus:
1. Clients Management: centralize all customers, with the possibility to add, modify or delete, create filters for viewing by certain features, view orders depending on their situation, carry out transactions and transfers.
2. Securities issuers Management: issuers centralize, add, delete and edit securities values.
3. Agents Management: centralize all agents, with operations similar to the above modules presented
4. Trading Markets Management
5. Fees Management
The second major menu, the trading portfolio contains clients and imports (transactions made by the company for customers in a given day);
The last menu of reports, supports centralization by some fields and parameters.
