Document Management
This application is used to track and store electronic documents and / or scanned images of documents. Document management can work independently or can be integrated with Kabinet Suite applications.
Features:
- Storage: the application can store not only documents generated by the application (manually or automatically) but also scanned documents or created outside the application.

Security: access to documents is based on security roles that can be configured according to the operation, type or document condition.

Analysis and approval: the documents can be included in analysis or approval workflows. ISO standards: you can create workflows for various procedures described in ISO-type standards in order to ensure a correct and according to these standards circuit.

uses Document Management for creating and automatic archiving consumer vouchers.

application are automatically archived and cataloged.
