The Financial application manages information about accounting, budgets, salary and stocks.
1. The Accounting Module is organized on generally accepted principles such as: hierarchical chart of accounts, journals, posting of transactions. The structure is primarily based on the OMG GL standard.

- Integration
The Accounting module is fully integrated with all the other Financial modules and with Customer Relationship Management, Document Management, Asset Management, gathering the data necessary for a complete and accurate financial evidence. An example is the processing of entry of merchandise, raw materials stock, which are generated by the Supply Chain Management (SCM) application.
2. Stock Module manages all aspects of assessment, movement, evolution and inventory consumption - provides complete unit and group level stock information for one or more administrations.

Integration
Stock movement data is transmitted to the Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain Management application (reservation of materials), and consumption related data to Production and Accounting modules.
3. Payroll Module allows automatic calculation of various pay components (permanent and temporary bonuses, management compensation, annual leave and medical amounts, unemployment fund contributions, auxiliary pension contributions, social security contributions, penalties, deductions, tax, etc.). It also provides necessary support for record keeping of overtime hours, night hours, production interruption (for pre- payment agreement cases), leave absents, truancies, family events, vacation leave, medical leave or other leave type. The module automatically generates monthly timekeeping, also considering the company's work schedule and working arrangements specific to each individual.
- Previous month data (permanent bonuses, monthly parameters, length of service, tax grid and other information that is preserved from one month to another) are taken automatically, the user simply enters current month changes.
- Based on the working calendar of the month, timekeeping is generated automatically for each employee, taking into account the specific work arrangements, the user having to enter only exceptions occurred during the month (night hours, leave absents, family events, blood donation, etc.).
- The user has a number of tools available: wage indexation, employee awards, penalties, etc.
- Using personal data sheet you can view and modify various wage components: pay types, workflow, tariff wage, length of service, loyalty, bonuses, premiums, welfare, penalties, deductions, lay periods.
- The percentages used in calculating various bonuses (for night hours, overtime hours, working holidays, etc.) are set according to the specific of every business.
- Classifications and also wage data from the personal files of employees who have ceased activity are archived at the month-end close, with possibility for the user to view them at a later time.
Integration
Payroll Module is highly integrated with Accounting and Human Resources Modules of Kabinet Suite ERP.
