Tracking fixed assets is an important issue of any company, regardless of its size. Kabinet Suite Asset manages fixed assets owned by your company.

Fixed Asset Movement, users, scheduled maintenance, periodic costs and depreciation information is available.

Automatic calculation of depreciation; the system is supporting both linear and accelerated depreciation, calculated in nominal values. Different parameters of depreciation on various intervals, for accounting purposes and / or tax may be set.

Increased value of fixed assets – an increase in value is recorded as new fixed assets, its depreciation calculated separately. These new fixed assets are related to the initially fixed asset.

Cassation possibilities, recorded at the date of sale / cassation.

Creating orders for service maintenance, repairs or upgrades.

Fixed asset time-of-use reports.

Integration with Kabinet Suite Supply Chain Management enables creation of orders or supply necessary for assets maintenance or upgrade.

The module is linked to Financial application both by generating accounting transactions to accommodate the fixed asset in the fixed assets catalog, and by transactions on their monthly amortization.

Creation of fixed assets is also possible using the Financial application.
