This application contains features for: list of materials, cost management, planning (along with Planning Tool), production capacity, labor, reports.
Features:
- The application supports both order and stock production.
- The assembly processes emphasize the movement of stocks: stock outputs (raw materials and materials for the assembly lines) and stock inputs (finished goods).
- Labor Reporting for the final product, subassembly or technology.
- Cost Analysis sub-component allows, during the execution process, comparison of the estimated cost and actual costs. Costs are detailed on 4 components: materials, labor, subcontracting and indirect costs.
- Costs for finished products.
- Tracking costs evolution timeline.
- Periodically recalculation of execution costs.
- Rules allow the creation of alerts when exceeding initial calculated costs.
- Possibility of data transfer from CAD / CAM systems.
Integration:
- Integration with Kabinet Suite Supply Chain Management enables the creation of the necessary materials and purchase orders.
- Data on material consumption for production orders are automatically retrieved from the Stock module.
